Football Star Aaron Ramsey Boosts Bounty for Missing Canine in Mexican Territory to Fifteen Thousand Pounds
Wales athlete Ramsey has increased the bounty for leads about the lost canine named Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
Ex- Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who now plays for the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, stated that Halo was spotted in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato state region.
the dog, who vanished on October 9th, was had on a dog tracker collar, and the footballer posted a map pinpoint of the spot she vanished from.
"Any sort of updates about our Halo kindly get in touch with us. Significant bounty for finding her. We are all wishing she's ok and will return to our family soon," the athlete wrote on social media.
Earlier Reward and Heartfelt Appeals
The footballer initially revealed that Halo had disappeared a fortnight back and has subsequently uploaded several photos of the cherished canine on Instagram.
A £7,500 incentive was initially provided, but with lack of updates on Halo's status after a week, Ramsey and his loved ones doubled the amount.
"We just want Halo back," he stated in a further appeal on social media after the elderly pet disappeared.
The latest image upload is a monochrome snapshot of Halo napping, her head lying in the curve of the athlete's arm, with the message: "What I wouldn't give to hold you again Halo."
Family's Concerns and Background
The footballer has also posted a note from his wife Colleen on social media saying they have several "serious concerns" about the disappearance and are concerned the household "could possibly not obtain explanations".
"We still haven't found Halo. I fear we will ever," his wife's post read.
The Welsh skipper signed with Mexico's first division team Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and had his debut in the Mexican league in August.
Born in Caerphilly player is the first prominent UK athlete to participate in the Liga MX.
